PC sheets priced at half the market price are essentially being sold at reduced costs through methods difficult to detect with the naked eye, primarily hidden in the following ways:

1. Raw Material Substitution: Using Recycled Materials. High-quality PC sheets use virgin polycarbonate raw materials, while recycled materials are industrial waste and remelted old PC sheets. Sheets made from recycled materials have poor light transmission, are prone to yellowing and cracking, and have a significantly shortened lifespan.

2. Reduced UV Layer: Reducing the thickness or simply applying a cheap UV paint layer directly lowers costs, but these sheets will yellow and crack quickly.

3. Reduced Weight: Using Less Material for the Same Thickness. Reducing the amount of raw materials makes the thickness appear correct, but the actual strength, insulation, and load-bearing capacity are significantly lower.

4. Cutting-Edge Processes: Some manufacturers use outdated equipment, resulting in sheets with uneven thickness, prone to bubbles and impurities, and a much shorter lifespan. Our factory uses advanced co-extrusion production lines, which are more expensive but produce sheets with uniform and stable quality, making us a worry-free partner for high-quality PC sheet buyers.
